What areas do you service?
Currently we are servicing the Gateway and surrounding areas of Fort Myers, Florida with additional areas planned soon.
How often does Super Skoopers come out?
That is entirely up to you! Our service schedules vary depending on our client’s requirements and can be arranged to fit your needs. Our team can visit one-time, bimonthly, weekly or biweekly.
What are your rates?
Our pricing is based off of yard size, the number of dogs and the frequency of visits. Please visit our rates page for more details. We provide free written estimates – so you will know before you start service with us, what your rate will be.
What happens when it rains?
Super Skoopers works year-round in all types of weather and we generally continue service in most types of weather. However, if heavy rain or lightning prevents us from visiting your yard, most times we are able to make up the work later on that week. Sometimes heavy rain may create a “muddy” situation and may stop us. We will make every effort to make up the work later that week. Please see our service terms & conditions for more details.
What about holidays?
We do not work on the major holidays.
If your service date falls on a holiday, your visit will be re-scheduled to before or after the holiday. You will also be notified in advance, so you can contact us with any questions. Service returns to the regular schedule the following week.
Should I unlock my gate?
Since Super Skoopers staff are not allowed to climb or jump over fences, please make sure that we can gain access to your yard on your service day. You may provide us with a key or the combination to the lock if that is convenient for you. If we cannot enter your yard and perform our service because the gate is locked, you will still be charged for the trip. HOWEVER, if we cannot gain entrance to your yard, or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed.
What if I want to skip a service day or go on vacation?
You will not be charged if you call us with a least 24 hrs notice. If the dog will be gone from the yard for more than a week or if for some other reason you want us to skip your yard for a week or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged.
How do I pay my bill?
Super Skoopers will send an invoice or statement at the end of each month, after work is completed. Your charges are based off of the number of visits from the previous month. Payment is due by the 15th of the month. Payment can be made by mailing us a personal check or by credit card processing on our secure Square web-site. As an added convenience, you can also leave a credit card on file with us (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) – our system is encrypted and secure. You can also set us up as a “Payee” through your online banking institution. If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee will be assessed.
Are there any contracts I have to sign?
No. We do not require contractual obligations however we do offer discounts for pre-paid and long term commitments. We can start and stop your service over the phone. There is no minimum service period and there is only a 24 hour notice required to cancel service.
Is there an extra charge for the first visit?
There may be. Substantial accumulations of waste will mean that an “initial” cleaning may be necessary. Please contact us for more details via email or by calling 239-560-6901
What does Super Skoopers do with the waste?
We take the waste with us! We will dispose of it according to local health & sanitation regulations.
What is your lockout policy?
Once Super Skoopers staff arrives, they will make every effort to service your yard. If we are unable to clean your yard because the guard gate will not grant access or your gate is locked, we will attempt to notify you of the obstacle so it can be remedied by the time of our next scheduled visit. We do bill at the usual rate for service calls where we cannot gain access to the yard.
What do you mean by “Referral Rewards”?
Anyone who refers Scoops to a friend or colleague, will receive two free service calls, once that new client pays their first full month’s statement balance or 4 cleanings.
Is it possible to get a one-time only service?
Sure! If you would like a one-time service visit for a party or social gathering one-time-only or short term service can be easily arranged.
Is Super Skoopers insured?
Super Skoopers is licensed and fully insured. For our customers’ peace of mind, we also never use third-party contractors. All of our pooper scoopers are background checked and drug tested before joining our team.
What are your community efforts?
Scoops will offer *two free services to anyone who adopts a dog from the Gulf Coast Humane Society. (with proof). We also offer a 10% discount to assistance and police dogs.
What do you mean by “Satisfaction Guaranteed”?
Super Skoopers ensures 100% satisfaction for our clients. If for any reason you are unhappy with any work performed, please contact us immediately at 239-560-6901 or e-mail us. We will either return to the yard and re-DOO the job, or else we will give you a credit for the visit that week. We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it’s that quality on which we stake our success. We strive to provide perfect service under **normal conditions, but if there is ever a time when you are not completely satisfied, please let us know immediately.
* Excludes initial cleaning **Normal conditions are considered to be a lawn that is cut or mowed on a regular basis without large amounts of debris or leaves hiding any waste that may be underneath. We can only pick up what we can see.
